To get this picture of the pre-dawn surface of this bay on Kootenay Lake, I had to wade out to a reef-like row of rocks. Then I walked out the rocks to a point near this tiny dock. A few minutes later, the sun came up over the top of the hills to the west, sunlight hit the surface of the lake, and everything was different. |
